EpiHeart ORC-40 is a multi-purpose low-speed centrifuge that has been designed to be used in hospital environment, including operating rooms. It can be used for e.g. centrifugation of cells or tissue samples as needed in research, diagnostic or medical treatments. It is light-weight and has a small footprint which enable flexible use.

EpiHeart ORC-40 is used with compatible medical and non-medical devices, including sterile EpiHeart Adapter for Centrifuge (product code: 66-00-001), EpiHeart Counterweight for Centrifuge (product code: 45-050-001) and EpiHeart multipurpose centrifuge adapters.

With EpiHeart Adapter for Centrifuge it is possible to enable sterile centrifuging in the operating room with standard 50mL centrifuge tubes. Centrifuge adapters are sold separately.
